Online Orders (Website Purchases)
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, online purchases are eligible for returns under the following conditions:
Change of Mind Returns
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Original delivery costs will be refunded at the standard delivery rate.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
Exclusions
- Items marked as final sale, limited drop, or event-exclusive are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Pop-Up & In-Person Purchases
Purchases made at pop-up shops, events, or any in-person retail location are subject to a stricter policy.
Change of Mind
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered for change of mind.
- Please check items carefully before purchasing.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in line with UK consumer law.
- Faults must be reported within a reasonable timeframe, with proof of purchase.
Important Notes
- Pop-up purchases cannot be returned via the website.
- Online returns policy does not apply to in-person purchases.
