Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) following successful payment confirmation.

Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping/transit times.

UK Shipping

Standard UK delivery generally takes 2–5 business days following dispatch unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International Shipping

Incorrect Shipping Information

LUXE accepts no responsibility for failed deliveries, delays, or additional shipping costs arising from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer.

Where an order is returned to us due to failed delivery or incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply before re-dispatch.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for transit lies with the shipping provider.

Pre-Order Items & Limited Release Products

Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis or as part of limited-release collections, exclusive drops, or event-based merchandise.

Pre-order items are products that are temporarily out of stock, in production, or not yet available for immediate dispatch.

By purchasing a pre-order or limited-release item, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Dispatch times may vary and are estimates only
  • Your item will be shipped as soon as stock becomes available
  • Limited-release, exclusive, and made-to-order products may require extended fulfilment times due to production scheduling and demand levels
  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing, supply chain issues, customs, courier disruption, or other factors outside of LUXE’s reasonable control
  • Pre-order and in-stock items purchased together may be shipped separately or held until all items are available, at LUXE’s discretion
